Accessibility + Wayfinding

Bouwdesign Agency designed and fabricated the FROM EARTH TO US gallery at the Canada Science and Technology Museum which was one of the galleries to win the Accessibility Certified Gold rating under the Rick Hansen Foundation, 2018. The Canada Science and Technology Museum is the first national public institution in Canada to earn the Accessibility Certified Gold rating – the highest possible – under the Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility CertificationTM (RHFAC) program. We are aware of the standards required to design and produce accessibility to the public and aim to design exhibits free of social, economic, physical, informational and attitudinal barriers.
